Brazil's anti-dumping investigation of Chinese seamless carbon steel pipes

Recently, the Foreign Trade Secretariat of Brazil's Ministry of Development Industry and Foreign Trade (SECEX) issued an announcement saying that on the application of Brazil's V&M Pipeline Company, it decided to produce seamless carbon steel pipes with a diameter of no more than 5 inches (141.3 mm) in China. Anti-dumping investigation for NCM73041900) (Prosecution No. MDIC/SECEX52000.032933/2010-40). The products under investigation are mainly used for oil and gas transmission and are intended to determine their normal value at market prices in the United States. Any interested party may designate the respondent legal representative to the Brazilian Trade Protection Agency (DECOM) within 20 days from the date of publication, and fill out and submit the questionnaire within 40 days from the date of publication of the announcement.
