Using the concepts of modern logistics planning, operations research and systems engineering, the ore dressing plant site and the ore blending plan were unified from a macro level, a mixed integer programming model was established, and Dash Optimation software was used to program and solve, and a series of innovative results were obtained: The economic evaluation of the low-grade accumulation bauxite in the five major mining areas of Pingguo Aluminum was carried out, and a management system for the ore-matching technology with a macro stope allocation and a micro-site allocation was proposed; on this basis, a logistics network planning theory was applied. With the method of mixed integer programming model, the comprehensive planning of the bauxite resources, washing site and development transportation system in the five major mining areas of Pingguo bauxite was established, and a concentrator for multi-purpose decision making of open bauxite mine enterprises was established. The site planning model has acquired a long-term plan for the comprehensive utilization of resources in the Pingguo Aluminum Five-Mining Area; through the rational deployment of high-grade or low-grade ore, the ore grade after ore distribution meets alumina production requirements and reduces production costs. Extend the service life of the mine; and designed the site's primary side for the five major mining areas in Pingguo Aluminum. In order to develop a topological network structure for transportation, a new method for site selection and road layout deployment of bauxite industry was proposed based on mixed-integer planning with a gravity center method; secondary development under the flexsim platform was implemented to achieve fine-range domain scheduling and passive vehicle scheduling. Optimization has improved the utilization of trucks and ensured the balance and stability of aluminum-silicon ratio for ore supply.
The project results have been successfully applied in karst accumulation type bauxite deposits in Pingguo Mining Area of ​​Guangxi, and have achieved significant economic and social benefits.
