The deformation of 250 degrees is 0.56%, which improves the thermal stability and relaxation stability of the valve 5052 aluminum plate, but the time of nitriding and liquid carbonitriding should be strictly controlled, otherwise it will form network sulfide and network nitride. Instead, it will reduce its fatigue strength.
