Taking into account the noise and exhaust gas problems during the processing, the town proposed the goal of comprehensively banning, relocating, and shutting down the processing plants in the intensive residential areas at the end of this year.
In recent years, Yokogawa has actively built various eco-environmental towns for the purpose of livability, and has actively carried out various environmental rectification actions, continuously mobilized the masses to participate in the development of volunteers and volunteer teams, and effectively promoted the eco-environmental protection and economic development of the town. The coordinated development has promoted the process of ecological civilization construction in the town in an orderly manner. In recent days, the town has been awarded the title of “National Environmentally Beautiful Villages and Townshipsâ€. Within three years, the ecological environment of “Ningbo City Ecological Townâ€, “Zhejiang Ecological Town†and “National Environmentally Beautiful Township†was established to create a “triple jumpâ€.
The town established a leading group for ecological construction and environmental remediation, strengthened the leadership and coordination of ecological environment construction, and established a village-level environmental protection association. It is understood that in the town last year through various channels to raise special funds for environmental protection more than 100 million for the development of various public welfare protection. Up to now, a total of 95 environmental protection activities have been carried out, and the number of participants has exceeded 2,500. This year, the town has expanded its volunteer team for ecological environmental protection. At present, the town has 234 environmental protection volunteers, and the village has more than 600 environmental protection volunteers. There are more than 700 environmental protection volunteers made up of company employees and school students. In addition, in order to allow more middle-aged and older people to participate in environmental protection, the town set up a civilized persuasion team and an inspection mission to inspect and instruct the group to be responsible for persuading uncivilized behavior and visiting the weak points of the villages.
The towns and villages took "Everyone is watching and care for green homes" as an opportunity to carry out a new round of environmental rectification work. It is understood that various villages have combined their own reality to explore the effective carriers and forms of ecological environment construction. For example, Dongpu Village has invested a total of 850,000 yuan for ecological construction and daily cleaning work. The day-to-day dynamic management of the team of cleaning personnel has formed a long-term management system and supervision mechanism. The implementation of the lump sum system in Meiyuan Village implements responsibility and work tasks for each area, further improving the environmental staff's sense of responsibility and enthusiasm, and effectively improving the village's environmental health.
Last year, the town invested more than 2 million yuan to carry out the protection of drinking water resources and the treatment of surface water quality in the upper reaches of the reservoir. Through the comprehensive improvement of the village environment, centralized stacking of domestic garbage, cleanup of creeks, dredging of reservoirs, and treatment of wetlands, the nitrogen and phosphorus emissions have been greatly reduced, and the water quality of reservoirs such as Meihu has been improved. At the same time, it strengthened the work of industrial pollution control, launched special rectification for 16 bearing oil pollution enterprises with an annual output of over 20 million yuan, and accelerated the construction of oily wastewater treatment stations. At present, Sun Jiajing, Dongxu and Meihu have been rated as outstanding environmental protection self-government organizations; Tonglu and Longquan have been established as ecological villages in Ningbo; Wuhuan Bearing has been established as an environmental protection model factory in Ningbo. So far, the town has reached 7 environmental protection model units at all levels.
In addition, the town also attaches importance to the living environment, greening and forest protection work. In line with the principle of “make up for green, increase, and protectionâ€, after the houses in front of the house, the seams are inserted into the green, and the “treeside, ditch, riverside, and pondside†trees are planted to actively expand the green space. At the same time, strict implementation of the timber cutting, transportation, operation and processing management system, and constantly improve the forest disaster prevention mechanism to achieve a scientific and sustainable development of the ecological environment.
