What are the precautions for waterproof blankets?

1. The storage and transportation of bentonite composite waterproof mat (GCL) should be waterproof, moisture-proof, and strong sun exposure. When storage, the ground should be lifted up and the bentonite composite waterproof mat (GCL) delivered to the site should be used up on the same day.
2. When carrying out the next process or construction of adjacent projects, the bentonite composite waterproof mat (GCL) that has completed the process shall be properly protected from any human damage.
3, should avoid wearing spiked shoes, high heels on the bentonite composite waterproof pad (GCL) step;

Vehicles and other machinery must not be subject to rolling bentonite composite waterproof mat (GCL).
4. In the construction of GM/GCL composite liners, the completed GCL should finish the construction of HDPE film or lay a 300mm thick clay protective layer on the same day. The construction of HDPE film or clay protective layer cannot be completed on the same day, and GCL should be covered. In order to prevent rain and snow, GCL will first perform hydration and strong sunlight will damage the GCL.
5. For the impervious and waterproof construction works of GCL single-layer liner, after the construction is completed and the acceptance is qualified, the soil, sand or stones with a specific gravity greater than 2.0 should be promptly backfilled. In order to prevent GCL from being damaged during backfilling, the backfill soil must not contain gravel with a particle size larger than 10 mm, and the thickness of the backfill soil should not be less than 30 cm. The backfill soil should be graded backfilled and compacted, and the compaction degree can not be lower than 85%.
