Fault 3: The motor does not turn on after the power is turned on.
The cause of fault 1 is analyzed as follows:
1. The power supply is not connected (at least two phases are not connected);
2. The fuse is blown (at least two phases are blown);
3. The overcurrent relay is adjusted too small;
4. The wiring of the control device is wrong.
The method for troubleshooting 1 is as follows:
1. Check the power circuit switch, whether there is a breakpoint at the fuse and junction box, and repair;
2. Check the fuse type, the cause of the fuse, and replace the fuse;
3. Adjust the setting value of the relay to match the motor;
4. Correct the wiring.
The cause of fault 2 is analyzed as follows:
1. One phase of power supply is missing, or the fixed coil is reversed;
2. The stator windings are short-circuited between phases;
3. The stator winding is grounded;
4. The stator winding wiring is incorrect;
5, the fuse cross section is too small;
6. The power line is shorted or grounded.
The method for troubleshooting 2 is as follows:
1. Check if there is a phase failure of the knife gate, and there is a phase disconnection in the power circuit;
2. Eliminate reverse faults;
3. Identify the short circuit point and repair it;
4. Eliminate grounding;
5. Identify misconnections and correct them;
6. Replace the fuse;
7. Eliminate the grounding point.
The cause of the fault 3 is analyzed as follows:
1. The stator and rotor windings have an open circuit (one phase disconnection) or one phase loss of power supply;
2. The winding end of the winding lead wire is connected incorrectly or the winding is internally reversed;
3. The power circuit contacts are loose and the contact resistance is large;
4. The motor load is too large or the rotor is stuck;
5. The power supply voltage is too low;
6, the small motor assembly is too tight or the grease inside the bearing is too hard;
7, the bearing is stuck.
The method for troubleshooting 3 is as follows:
1. Identify breakpoints for repair;
2. Check the polarity of the windings;
3. Determine whether the winding ends are correct;
4. Tighten the loose connecting screws and use a multimeter to judge whether the joints are falsely connected and repair them;
5. Reduce load or detect and eliminate mechanical failures;

7. Whether the pressure drop is too large due to the thinness of the power supply wire, and correct it;
8. Reassemble to make it flexible;
