3.2 Preparation of grouting material 3.2.1 When GM type grouting material is used on site, water can be added according to the recommended amount of water provided on the product inspection sheet accompanying the goods and can be used evenly after mixing. When anchor bolts are anchored, water consumption can be appropriately reduced on the basis of actual project conditions.

3.2.2 Mixing of GM type grouting material can use mechanical stirring or manual stirring. When using mechanical stirring, stirring can be uniform, stirring time is generally 2 ~ 3min; manual mixing, the first GM-type grouting material poured on a mixed plate, and then add 2 / 3 of the amount of water, stirring 2min and then add the rest 1/3 of the water is stirred. While stirring, you should tip over and insert the rake. To make it completely uniform and increase fluidity, generally require more than 5min.

3.2.3 The agitation site should be as close as possible to the grouting site. The distance should not be too long. No matter whether mechanical agitation or manual agitation, they must be grouped to ensure the continuity of grout.

3.2.4 The amount of each agitation should be determined by the amount used to ensure that the material is used up within 45 minutes. Unused part can not add water to stir.

3.2.5 It is forbidden to incorporate any other admixtures, admixtures and other materials in the GM type grouting material so as not to affect the use effect.

3.2.6 In winter construction, when the ambient temperature is lower than -5°C, hot water mixing grouting material should be used. The water temperature is between 50~70°C to ensure that the sizing temperature of the grouting material is greater than 5°C.
