How to add toner to the printer? What are the disadvantages of toner?

The main component of toner is not carbon, and most of it is composed of resin, carbon black, charge agent and magnetic powder. The toner melts into the paper fiber at high temperature, and the resin is oxidized into a gas with a pungent smell. This is what everyone calls "ozone". This gas has only one benefit, which is to protect people from solar radiation. It is not good for the human body, it will cause harm to people's mucous membranes, it is easy to increase the incidence of asthma or nose allergies, and even dizziness, vomiting and other phenomena. Toner is mostly used in printer printing, so do you know how to add toner to the printer?

How to add toner to the printer?

1. First open the back cover of the printer. Let the ink cartridge automatically move to a position that is easy to remove. Then press down to remove the ink cartridge. (The specific removal method may be related to the printer, so you can refer to the printer manual).

2. When you take the ink cartridge, prepare a clean sheet of paper and put the ink cartridge on it.

3. A piece of adhesive tape is stuck on the top of each ink cartridge, and there will be a hole for injecting toner under the general adhesive tape. It can be seen as long as it is gently torn apart (the adhesive tape is not torn open, do not discard it, after replenishing the toner, stick it with adhesive tape again).

4. The purchased toner generally has a convenient tip for adding ink. Be careful not to squeeze too much when adding toner at one time. Because there will be bubbles. So you can join in slowly. After adding toner, it is recommended to use tape to seal the holes. This prevents toner splashes and dust from drifting in. (Generally, when the amount of added toner is recommended, the two or three grids of the toner bottle will look like this. There will be instructions depending on the size of the toner bottle).

5. The original ink cartridge has no ink hole. But you can see a concave dot, which can open the ink hole. You need to use your knife to open a mouth carefully. Don't let the plastic drop into the opening process. After opening the opening, add ink according to the above (this opening will make the original cartridge lose the ability to read the amount of toner, but it does not affect the use).

6. If the printing ink is light after adding toner, you need to clean the print head in the settings (not to wash it yourself, but in the settings of the printer driver). The effect will be improved.

What are the disadvantages of toner?

Today's common laser printers, electrostatic copiers, etc. in the office will release various fine particles of toner, polluting indoor air. Nowadays, such devices can be seen everywhere from home to work. It is these machines that release a large amount of fine particles, heavy metals and harmful gases, making various office syndromes quietly popular in countries around the world. The typical symptoms are respiratory infections, headaches and The blood picture changes.

The above is to introduce to friends about how to add toner to the printer and what are the disadvantages of toner. After the toner cartridge is used up, the user can add it and use it again, so there are separate toners on the market. By purchasing and adding toner by yourself, you can greatly reduce the user's cost of use.
