A coupling is a mechanical part that is used to couple two shafts (active shaft and driven shaft) in different mechanisms to rotate together to transmit torque. It is understood that in the high-speed heavy-duty power transmission, some couplings also have the function of buffering, damping and improving the dynamic performance of the shafting. The coupling consists of two halves, which are respectively coupled to the drive shaft and the driven shaft.
1. Positioning screw fixing: The two positioning screw gaps 90o lock the fixed shaft. The traditional fixing method may cause damage or disassembly of the shaft core due to the contact between the front end of the screw and the shaft.
2. Clamping screw fixing: The force tightened by the hexagon socket head bolts causes the slit to contract, and the shaft core is tightly clamped. This method is convenient for fixing and dismounting, and does not cause damage to the shaft center. It is a very common fixing method.
3. Keyway type fixing: It is suitable for high-torque transmission. In order to prevent axial sliding, it is usually fixed with fixing screws and clamping screws.
4.D word hole fixing: Under normal circumstances, if the shaft of the motor is D-shaped, if the positioning screw cannot be fixed, the hole of the coupling can be processed into a D-shaped hole corresponding to the size of the motor shaft, and the positioning is coordinated. With the screws fixed, you don't have to worry about slipping.
5. Expansion sleeve fixing: tightening and fixing by tightening the four sets of screws on the end face of the coupling. It is suitable for the connection and fixing of some stepping motor and servo motor with large torque, such as expansion sleeve coupling. , expansion sleeve plum coupling, expansion sleeve bellows coupling and so on.

Shear Beam Load Cells are widely used where operators need to measure compressive forces. The core component of a shear beam load cell is a spring element. This element is a piece of metal that is elastically deformed under load and recovers the moment the load is removed.
The (single-ended) shear beam is designed for low profile scale and process applications. The shear beam capacities are from 100kg to 50t. One end of the shear beam contains the mounting holes while the opposite end is where the cell is loaded. The load cell should be mounted on a flat smooth surface with high-strength hardened bolts. The larger shear beam cells have more than two mounting holes to accommodate extra bolts to keep the hardware from stretching under stress load.
Shear beams are available of nickel-plated alloy steel or stainless steel for use in harsh environments.Load Cell Central,Shear Beam Load Cells,Larger Shear Beam Cells,Load Cell Measure Compressive Forces
