1. Pipeline connections are generally threaded.
2. First of all, according to the requirements of the pipeline renovation design, mark the center position of the wall-penetration hole on the wall, mark it on the wall with a reticle, and drill the hole with impact drill. The centerline of the hole should be the centerline of the pipe through the wall. In agreement, the holes should be straight.
3. Pipe threading is the key to guarantee the installation quality and prevent the twill line from appearing.
4. Before installing the tube, clean the inside of the tube to make it clean and free of debris. When installing, pay attention to the quality of the interface, and identify the position and orientation of the head-sleeve fittings at the same time so as to ensure the position of each water-using device after installation is correct.
5. After the pipeline is installed, the pipeline shall be cleaned and painted with anti-corrosion paint.
(III) Installation and Installation Methods for Galvanized Pipes
(1) When the pipeline is concealed in the wall, the depth and width of the wall groove shall not be less than the outer diameter of the pipe plus 20mm. After the pressure test of the pipeline is qualified, the wall groove shall be filled and compacted with 1:3 cement mortar.
(2) The pipeline shall be concealed within the floor surface or inside the ceiling, and shall be checked and accepted after the pressure test passes.
(3) Surface mounted single cold water pipelines shall be 15 to 20 mm away from the wall surface. When hot and cold water are parallel, the hot water is under the cold water. When the hot and cold water are parallel, the hot water pipe should be in the cold water pipe.
(4) When the hot water pipe is installed through the wall, the casing should be installed. Both ends of the casing should be flush with the wall surface.
(5) When the hot water pipe crosses the floor, a steel casing shall be provided. The upper part of the casing shall be 50mm higher and the lower part shall be flat with the bottom of the casing. The casing shall be larger than the pipeline and have waterproof measures.
(6) The position of the water inlet of the pipe interface and equipment should be correct.
(7) When installing a hot and cold water faucet on a sanitary appliance, the hot water faucet should be installed on the left facing side.
(8) The galvanized pipe shall be threaded, and the thread of the pipe shall be regular. If there is broken wire or lack of wire, it shall not be greater than 10% of the total number of threads. After the connection, the residual threads of 2 to 3 buckles shall be exposed, and the surface of the damaged galvanized layer and the exposed portions of the pipe thread shall be treated with anti-corrosion treatment.
(9) The pipe diameters of the surface-mounted domestic water supply pipes are generally between (15 and 20). The installation of fixed pipe clamps for water supply pipelines should be consistent in terms of location, neat and beautiful, and not arbitrarily or blindly. According to relevant Shanghai regulations, the location of the fixed pipe clamps for water supply pipes under 20 degrees should be at the corners, small water meters, and faucets. Or 100 mm at the end of the triangle valve and pipe.
(10) At present, most operators use impact drills to drill holes in the fixed pipe clamps. When using an impact drill to install a tube card, you should generally pay attention to the following.
1) The best installation is to use a tube card with expansion screws.
2) The size of the drilled hole should be suitable for the diameter of the pipe clamp, not too large or too small, and the depth should not be less than 60mm. After inserting the footing of the tube card into the hole, the cement mortar shall be inserted into the surrounding of the tube card, and then the fine stone shall be inserted and beaten tightly. Finally, the cement mortar shall be used to level the surrounding area.
