Air compressor oil detection should pay attention to where

1. The quality of basic raw materials. This generally includes two physical characteristics of viscosity and flash point.
2. Additive quality and concentration (proportioning). The additive is added in the correct concentration, which can be determined by special tests.

3. Performance of air compressor oil. This is related to the combined effects of base oils, additives, and contaminants, as well as their physical and chemical reactions. For example, suitable additives can increase the demulsification rate, and improper additives or contaminants can weaken this important property.

4. Thickening properties. For grease products, there are no special instruments and test methods associated with thickening and base oils and additives.

5. The presence of contaminants and foreign additives. By testing, it has been found that what you don't want in the air compressor oil is just as important as finding what you want to have. The testing done by the mixing plant for each batch of products is just to find out what they want, not what they do not want. For example, if the material analysis of the new compressor oil and (because it is not used because of the absence of the use of organic metal additives) is not carried out, then unintentional cross-contamination with air compressor oil cannot be detected.
