Flue gas waste heat recovery methods usually use two methods:
One is to preheat the workpiece;
The two are preheated air for combustion support.
Preheating the flue gas requires a large volume for heat exchange, which is often limited by the work site (this method cannot be used for intermittently used kilns). Preheated air combustion is a better method. It is generally arranged on the heating furnace, which can also strengthen combustion, speed up the heating rate of the furnace and improve the thermal performance of the furnace. This not only meets the requirements of the process, but also achieves a significant overall energy saving effect.
