Fast, smart card transmission, discrete intelligent manufacturing selected for national pilot


The “Disintegrated Intelligent Manufacturing Pilot Demonstration Project for Energy-saving Heavy-duty Truck Transmission” declared by Fast Group has been selected into the list of 2016 Smart Manufacturing Pilot Demonstration Projects, becoming the only selected enterprise in Shaanxi Province's equipment manufacturing industry this year.

“Smart Manufacturing” is one of the most important strategic initiatives for Fast's transformation and upgrading. At present, the overall equipment and intelligent manufacturing of Fast has been at the domestic leading level. The numerical control rate of key processes of the company is 98%, and more than 130 industrial robots have been applied. Among them, the transmission assembly line of equipment automation, intelligent control and management information, which was jointly developed by Fast and the Institute of Automation of Chinese Academy of Sciences, was successfully put into use, which greatly improved the assembly efficiency and quality of the transmission. Its intelligent assembly line technology has been It has reached the international advanced level and has won the support of the national special fund for the development of intelligent manufacturing equipment. At the same time, the “Support for Mass Customized Production of Digital Workshop Dynamic Control and Control Platform and Equipment R&D and Application Technology Project” participated by Fast Group, and won the second prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award 2015.

Based on the successful application of the assembly of the transmission assembly and the intelligent processing and manufacturing of some parts, the project will further implement intelligent and digital upgrades around the ever-changing needs of the industrialization of energy-saving and new energy vehicle transmission systems, and build a leading domestic collection. Intelligent manufacturing system integrating R&D, production, logistics, sales and service to improve the synergistic operation efficiency of the full value chain and meet the needs of multi-variety flexible production, so as to design the advanced transmission and transmission system with independent intellectual property rights. Core technologies such as processing and assembly are transformed into the core competitiveness of products.

As a benchmarking enterprise in the domestic industry, the implementation of this project will establish a demonstration for China's equipment manufacturing enterprises to promote manufacturing intelligence, and establish a foundation for building an intelligent interconnection platform for the industry's full value chain, which will enable China's energy-saving and new energy automobile industry. The intelligent manufacturing capabilities of the core components required for development are upgraded to a higher level, and play a positive demonstration effect for the system integration application of domestic intelligent equipment.

5.  O-Ring Seal: "Chlorinated butyl rubber" (CIIR), EPDM, HNBR, NBR and FKM, etc.

 EPDM (black): max working pressure 16bar, working temperature from -20℃ to 120℃,  Suit medium: cold and hot water, compressed Air etc. 

6.  Galvanization: all carbon steel pipe fittings are plated with rust-resistant zinc.

7.  Anneal: all stainless steel pipe fittings are annealed in inert gases before packing.
