SINOMACH Seiko's 2016 new college student training course successfully concluded

At 8:30 am on July 25, SINOMACH Seiko's 2016 new college student training class was officially opened. 40 college students from Seiko Headquarters, Sanmao, Baige Company and Zhongji participated in the training. Party Secretary Hu Aili attended the opening ceremony. At the opening ceremony, Hu Aili, secretary of the party committee, delivered an important speech on the six aspects of maintaining an optimistic attitude, steadfastly avoiding high standards, learning from the times, and dare to take the courage to innovate, honesty and self-discipline, and firm ideals and beliefs. She hopes that the new employees will grow rapidly in the future work, insist on “three eats and dare”, turn book knowledge into work ability, actively strive for the growth and development of SINOMACH, and create new history for the company. New glory contributes to one's own strength. As a newly recruited college student, you must be determined to find a suitable position for your ideals; you must be down-to-earth and find the driving force for progress; be content with gratitude and find common beliefs for the team. This new college student training course lasts from July 25th to 29th. The curriculum includes various forms such as safety legal education, business etiquette, introduction to the strategic planning of SINOMACH, outdoor development training, and factory visits. Li Kehua, Sun Zhengbin, Gao Wei, and 6 outstanding talent representatives from SINOMACH Seiko's subsidiaries are arranged. Li Hang, Jin Qingwei and Yan Ge shared their growth experiences. At 5:00 pm on July 29, with the end of the lecture by Zhu Feng, the general manager of SINOMACH Seiko, SINOMACH Seiko's new pre-job training for college students in 2016 came to a successful conclusion. Zhu Feng, the general manager of the company, takes the theme of “Thinking about people and not being far away” as the starting point. He uses the knowledge and practice as the starting point, and draws on the classics, sharing the importance of optimistic attitude and efficient execution in work and life, and calling on everyone to be good. Always be grateful.
In addition, six college students including Wang Wei, Sun Ruizhao and Zuo Donghua who participated in this training class made a wonderful sharing of insights for this five-day training. This training has an important significance for the new college students to realize their role change at an early date and adapt to the new working environment. With a new attitude and full enthusiasm, they will be integrated into the company's work as soon as possible.
