1.1.5 The construction and facilities of chemical dangerous goods warehouses shall meet the following safety requirements:
1) The warehouse area is properly spaced from the production area and living area.
2) The warehouse should be applied with one floor of construction. Each warehouse should have an independent safety exit; storage of oxidants, flammable liquids, solids and highly toxic warehouses should be made of non-burning ground that is easy to flush.
3) The chemical dangerous goods warehouse should have good ventilation and necessary lightning protection equipment, and according to the nature of the articles and different storage methods, set up corresponding safety measures such as explosion-proof, pressure relief, fire prevention, temperature regulation, static elimination and protection of dikes. .
4) The chemical dangerous goods warehouse must be isolated, enclosed, explosion-proof or Other suitable safety electrical lighting equipment.

1.2 The distance between the chemical dangerous goods warehouse and the surrounding buildings shall meet the following requirements:
1) At least 150m of fire separation distance between large and medium-sized Class A and large Class B warehouses and residential areas and public buildings; at least 100m with neighboring factories and railway trunk lines; and at least 50m with roads.
2) In the warehouse area, the following fire separation distance should be maintained between the warehouse and the warehouse: 40m storage of nitrocellulose products; storage of primary oxidant, first-grade flammable solids and other flammable and spontaneous combustion, water-burning goods warehouse It is 30m; the storage of all kinds of dangerous goods warehouses listed above is 20m.
3) The fire separation distance between medium and small Class B warehouses and small Class A warehouses shall be handled in accordance with the “Technical Design Fire Protection Technical Data”.
4) For the safety clearance of explosive depots, flammable liquid storage tanks, gas tanks and highly toxic gas warehouses, according to the regulations of public security, coal, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical and health departments.

1.3 Storage of chemical dangerous goods
1.3.1 Chemical hazardous materials with different fire fighting methods should be stored in isolation and not allowed to be stored in the same warehouse as food or medicine.
1.3.2 Chemical dangerous goods should be classified and stored in piles. Stacking should not be too high or too dense. There should be a certain distance, passage and vents between stacking.
1.3.3 Chemical dangerous goods that are unstable in nature and easy to be separated and easily cause burning or explosion. They should be inspected frequently, measured, tested, and prevented from self-explosion.
1.3.4 Explosives and radioactive materials shall be stored in special warehouses. The detonating ignition materials shall not be stored in the same warehouse as the explosives.
1.3.5 Chemical dangerous goods must be kept in accordance with their nature, partition and classification.
1.3.6 Chemical dangerous goods that are exposed to water, are afraid of freezing or are afraid of exposure, are not allowed to be stored in the open air, low temperature and high temperature. For chemical dangerous goods that can be placed in the open air, depending on the nature, they should be equipped with padding equipment and safe and effective.
1.4 Safety measures for chemical dangerous goods warehouses
1.4.1 Strengthen security, strictly enter the warehouse system, prohibit tractors from entering the warehouse, and steam locomotives and trucks should take effective fire prevention measures before entering the reservoir area.
1.4.2 Fireworks are strictly forbidden in the warehouse. If the work requires fire, the application procedure should be completed. After the approval, the fire can be used.
1.4.3 It is not allowed to rest in the warehouse or near the open storage, testing, packaging, packing, welding and other operations that may cause fire.
1.4.4 The container packaging should be sealed and intact. If damage or leakage is found, it must be disposed of immediately. Modifications must be made at a safe location. For flammable and explosive materials, use tools that do not generate sparks.
1.4.5 Strengthen the inspection system for the acceptance of goods in stock and peacetime. For chemical dangerous goods that are unstable, easily decomposed and deteriorated and cause combustion and explosion, temperature measurement and testing should be carried out regularly.
1.4.6 Empty containers and transportation tools for dangerous chemicals must be inspected before and after use and thoroughly cleaned. Chemical dangerous goods left on the ground and on the mat board should be removed and disposed of in time.

2.5 The chemical dangerous goods warehouse should have sufficient fire water source and equipped with appropriate fire extinguishing equipment and protective medical equipment.
2.6 Chemical dangerous goods warehouse should have fire communication and alarm equipment, and it is accurate and effective. Warehouses that store highly toxic and radioactive items should be equipped with gas masks and facilities to isolate, eliminate and absorb poisons.
2.7 Strictly observe the dangerous goods warehouse management system, safety and security registration system, fire safety responsibility system, chemical dangerous goods collection system, five-double system (two people management, two people send and receive, two people transport, two locks, two people use) ) and fire safety management system.
