1. Use a complete series of abrasive materials, from coarse to fine, according to the rules.
2. Each grinding and polishing direction should be perpendicular to the direction of the trace left by the previous time.
3. Unless the marks left by the previous level of grinding are completely removed and bright, do not use the next level of sandpaper, otherwise pinholes will occur.
4. Use uniform abrasive particles.
5. Pay attention to the removal of pinholes using an abrasive that has a smaller particle size than the pinhole.
6. Pay attention to the use of softer than the workpiece grinding or polishing things.
7. When using a grinding wheel, be careful to choose a softer shape that matches the shape of the surface to be abraded.
8. When the job is suspended If the semi-finished product is to be placed for a period of time, it should be noted that the surface is to be kept clean.
9. The surface roughness must be reduced to the minimum before polishing, and the polishing process should be quick and light.
10. Pinhole and other mirror processing problems are generally due to irregular grinding and polishing processes.
