Investigation of the direction of the bolt hole of the deceleration frame

Although the position of the bolt holes may fall within the quadrilateral ABcd range, for a specific value of 'a', some points inside this area might still be unacceptable. For example, if a point has an angle 'a', and the bolt hole is positioned at point 'm', it could be unqualified because the actual size P1 exceeds the tolerance TFZ corresponding to the angle 'a'. This highlights the importance of considering both coordinate dimensions and angular values when evaluating the bolt hole positions. To ensure accuracy, during the measurement process, both the coordinate size and the angular value must be taken into account. In production, two different methods are typically used for measuring the finished casing. The results from these measurements are calculated and verified, and the production process is adjusted based on the verification outcomes. During the measurement, the platform is adjusted so that the two step-thread measuring axes (which can be replaced by a thread coaxial gauge) are screwed into the two bolt holes perpendicular to the platform. These axes then traverse the two jaws of the housing, ensuring the rod is level. This setup allows for the indirect measurement of the 'a' value. Similarly, the shell A is leveled downward, and the 'b' value is measured indirectly using the two stepped thread axes and a bar that traverses the two jaws of the housing. An angle ruler is used to measure the actual angle. From the values of 'a' and 'b', the actual values Fl and Hl can be calculated, which depend on the diameter of the step shaft of the deceleration top and the one-step thread measuring shaft, as well as the diameter of the measuring rod. The angle 'a', the 'P' value, and the 'Hl' value can be directly judged using the following formula: a = tan⁻¹(a), tan⁻¹(a + Δa), where Δa is the tolerance for the angle 'a'; T is the tolerance for dimension F; and T is also the tolerance for the hole I to dimension H. While this method is effective, it involves multiple steps, many factors, and potential accumulation errors, leading to lower reliability and longer measurement times. It requires skilled operators but uses mostly general-purpose tools, making it suitable for small-scale or single-piece production. An alternative method uses two measuring tools: tool 1 and tool 2. The design of these tools leverages the large end face of the casing and two bolt holes along with their end faces, making the measurement process more convenient and the results more stable and reliable. However, since the measurement direction does not align with the direction specified by the element being measured, the measured values need to be converted. Tool 1, composed of a ball-threaded rod and a base, can measure the angle 'a' and the 'L' size. Tool 2, consisting of a mandrel and a measuring plate, can measure the 'H1' size. The angles and values obtained from these tools are not directly the given coordinate sizes; they must be converted to match the actual values in the direction of the given coordinate size. The conversion formulas involve parameters such as the diameter of the ball head of the threaded rod, the diameter of the tapered portion of the mandrel, the distance from the center of the casing's large end face to the bolt hole, and other relevant dimensions. After converting the 'H1' value, 'P' value, and the measured angle 'a', they must still be evaluated using the qualification formula. This method is simpler, involves fewer steps, has fewer measurement factors, reduces accumulation error, and produces more reliable and reproducible results. It also saves time and does not require highly skilled personnel, making it ideal for mass production.

Spotlight

The spotlights can be placed around the ceiling or above the furniture, in the wall or in the skirting line.

The light directly shines on the household items that need to be emphasized, so as to highlight the subjective aesthetic effect and achieve the artistic effect of outstanding emphasis, unique environment, rich levels, rich atmosphere and colorful. The spotlights are soft and elegant, which can not only play a leading role in the overall lighting, but also local lighting to set off the atmosphere.

Because small spotlights can change their angles freely, the effect of combined lighting is also ever-changing. The spot light is soft and can also be used as local lighting to set off the atmosphere.
